Print this file to a PDF and save it to your paper tablet to use it as a template.
When printing, ensure margins are set to none/zero and that background graphics are included.
If your browser forces the paper size to something specific (e.g. A4 or Letter), try using Google Chrome with it's built in Print to PDF feature.
Feel free to use one of the premade templates with the dropdown list in the top right.
You can save any template you create to a JSON file on your computer, and load it again later to pick up where you left off.
